B2B Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the trading relationship between MOSJ Atelier and its approved retail partners.
1. Pricing & margin
Margin
The standard markup is 2.5. This multiplier applies to all SKUs, unless the brand has issued a separate written agreement.
Recommended retail price (RRP)
Retailers must respect the RRP as set by MOSJ Atelier and published on the brand's own channels. No item may be offered or sold to end consumers at a price lower than the RRP set by the brand.
Sale pricing
Products may only be placed on sale at least one (1) year after the original retail launch. Any deviation from the RRP, including promotional discounts or bundle offers, requires prior written approval from MOSJ Atelier. Unauthorised discounting may lead to suspension of the retail account.
2. Payment terms
Prepayment (standard)
All orders are subject to full prepayment before processing. Following order confirmation, payment must be made within 3 days. If payment is not received within this period despite reminders, the order unfortunately cannot be fulfilled.
Approved accounts (net 30 days)
Selected retail accounts may, by arrangement, be offered net 30-day payment terms, solely at the brand's discretion. This status is reviewed periodically and may be changed or withdrawn.
Currency & payment method
All transactions are invoiced and settled in euros (EUR). Payment must be made via the method confirmed during account setup. Late payments may lead to suspension of order processing.
3. Minimum order value
To preserve the integrity of the brand's curated wholesale model, the following minimum requirements apply:
- Opening order: minimum of €2,500, including a set unit mix as communicated by MOSJ Atelier.
- Reorders: minimum order value of €500 per order.
Orders below the minimum threshold will not be processed unless a written exception has been granted.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value (excl. VAT):
- Up to €5,000 within the Netherlands & Belgium: €25
- €5,000 and above within the Netherlands & Belgium: free
- International shipping (within the EU): €50
- International shipping (outside the EU): by arrangement
5. Lead time & delivery
The lead time from confirmed order to dispatch may be up to 2 weeks. The retailer will be informed as soon as possible of any expected delays beyond this period. Delivery times stated when the order is placed are estimates and not contractual obligations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Seasonal exchange requests
MOSJ Atelier does not accept returns unless otherwise agreed in writing in the contract between MOSJ Atelier and the retailer. This applies to all unsold stock once goods have been delivered and offered for sale.
8. Quality, minor imperfections & inspection period
8.1 Inspection period
The retailer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect the delivery and report any complaints to MOSJ Atelier. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
8.2 Minor imperfections
Minor imperfections inherent to the nature of the products, such as a faint odour or small production characteristics, are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for return or credit. When end customers report minor imperfections, the retailer is expected to resolve these directly, for example by lightly steaming or airing the item. MOSJ Atelier is happy to provide advice on request.
8.3 Significant defects
Significant or structural defects that were not reasonably visible and that materially affect the usability of a product must be reported within the 14-day period, accompanied by supporting photos. MOSJ Atelier assesses each report individually and, where a defect is deemed valid, offers a replacement, credit note or partial refund at its own discretion.

All orders, questions, error reports, exchange requests and after-sales matters can be directed to: [email protected]
- Please include your account name, the order reference (where applicable) and a clear description of your query in all correspondence.
- For error reports, please attach supporting photos and state the relevant order or batch number.
10. General provisions
These terms supersede all previous oral or written agreements between the parties relating to wholesale supply.
MOSJ Atelier reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with reasonable notice to active retailers. Continuing to place orders after notification of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By placing an order with MOSJ Atelier, the retailer confirms that they have read and understood these B2B Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
