Payments & minimum order amount
For most of the orders; we work with pre-payment. Once your order is confirmed, payment is due within 5 days. If payment isn't received within that window, your stock reservation is released and the order won't move forward - so it's worth flagging early if you need a little more time. Retail partners with a proven, consistent ordering history may be offered Net-30 payment terms, at MOSJ's discretion. This status is reviewed periodically and can be adjusted or withdrawn.
All orders are invoiced and settled in Euros (EUR), via the payment method confirmed on your account. Late payments may result in a temporary pause on order processing - we'll always reach out first if this affects you.
The first order must be € 2.500 or more, for re-orders we work with the minimum of € 500.
